Tom Armstrong is the General Contractor for Armstrong Builders. He meets with customers initially to design their home, and consults with them continually throughout the building process to ensure they get the house of their dreams. He hires all the subcontractors who perform the work on the houses and monitors quality performance and quality products at all times. He is assisted by Jim Hayes , Job Superintendent. Ken supervises day to day operations in the field, scheduling subcontractors and ensuring quality control for each house. Kris Armstrong is Armstrong's designer. She selects all the interior finishes, floorcoverings, lighting, cabinetry, and more. She is responsible for Armstrong's customized and unique appeal.

Allen McDonnell designs and draws all the custom house plans, kitchen layouts, material take-offs. He works closely with the carpentry subcontractors and material suppliers. Megan Sargent handles the accounting functions for the building and land development companies, and the office management functions. She coordinates the closing process with the homeowners, attorneys, and financial institutions.
